After serving as shareholder in a predecessor firm for eighteen years, Larry with other named individuals formed GSS in 1984. Throughout his forty years of public accounting experience, Larry has provided clients with a broad range of audit, income tax, litigation support and management advisory services.
Larry advises a wide variety of clients including physicians, attorneys, insurance and bonding agencies, mortgage brokers and lenders, and realtors. His experience also includes contractors, voluntary health and welfare organizations, country clubs, municipalities, retailers, manufacturers, retirement facilities, securities broker/dealers, condominium associations, automobile dealerships, start-up companies and franchisors.
Education
Larry graduated from Florida State University in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in accounting.

Larry is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Franchise Association.
Community and Civic Organizations Served
Larry is currently serving as a member Suncoasters, Inc, the St. Petersburg Arts Advisory Council and the Krewe of Aquila, Mardi Gras group in Metairie, Louisiana, where he served as King in 1999.
