Charles, with the other named individuals, formed Gregory, Sharer & Stuart in 1984. He possesses more than 40 years of experience in public accounting in the Tampa Bay area.
As the leader of the Health Care Industry Service Team, Charles is focused on helping physician group practices and other providers reach their financial objectives and identify opportunities for expansion. Charles has extensive experience serving the healthcare industry, including large medical clinics and smaller medical groups, as well as companies within the industries of manufacturing and real estate brokers.
Education
Charles graduated as a member of the charter class of the University of South Florida in 1963 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Social Sciences.
Professional Affiliations
Charles is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and has served on the Board of Directors of the FICPA West Coast Chapter and the Suncoast Estate Planning Council.
Community and Civic Organizations Served
Charles is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg and is active in the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club. He is also a member of the Planned Gifts Advisory Council for the All Children’s Hospital Foundation and active in Suncoasters’ Festival of States events. Charles is an active member in his church, The Island Chapel.
